FAQ - Wholesale Trading Terms
Australia
- Do you have a minimum order?
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- Approximately 5 - 10 working days.
- Freight is as per Australia Post or Fastway Courier costs plus $2.50 processing fee - minimum $8.50. (Orders over $1000+ are FREIGHT FREE)
- What are your payment terms?
- Upfront payment is required for your first 4 orders then 30 days from date of invoice.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit card (MasterCard or Visa), direct deposit or cheque made payable to Modpet Australia.
- If you need to return a product please call us for a Returns Authorisation Form which must be completed and included with your return.
- Change of mind returns for refund must be within 30 days of receipt of goods & will incur a 10% re-stocking fee. Change of mind returns for exchange must be within 30 days of receipt of goods. Products & their packaging must be in the same condition that they were received in. All shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Where there is a manufacturing fault we will be happy to replace the item at no charge or give you a refund. Original & return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are in the form of a credit note only.
- Refunds & exchanges will be processed within 14 business days.
- If we are unable to exchange a product within 14 business days a credit note will be issued.
